Over the past decade, I've navigated various corporate roles, experiencing first-hand the weight of self-doubt and lack of confidence, often fueled by others telling me I wasn't good enough. Despite these challenges, I persevered and discovered tools that empowered me to stand up for myself.
I pushed beyond my comfort zone, facing my fears of speaking bravely to leadership and expressing my desires. I learned to network with senior stakeholders, build relationships and get my name known. This approach led to my success in securing two positions for which I initially lacked the technical skills. It was my attitude, willingness to learn, and openess to growth that set me apart!
As I advanced in my career, I began coaching others to face similar challenges and overcome their limiting beliefs. Through this coaching, I helped fellow colleagues progress in their careers and leave toxic work environments, for more personally fulfilling roles and gaining the confidence they previously lacked.
